Shipping Policy

 

We ship USPS, or the cheapest available. You will be notified via email when your order ships. It is possible that your order will ship in different packages and you will then receive tracking numbers for all packages.

Shipping is $6 flat rate on all orders below $55 and free for orders $55 and up. Discounts that are taken count towards your total, so the total of your order after all discounts have been applied must be $55 to receive free shipping.

If you place an order to an address that USPS finds undeliverable, your order will be delayed while we sort it out. To expedite this process, please send us an email and we can see what we can do!

Shipping times will vary- especially with the Holidays.  

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted if initiated within 15 days of delivery. Your refund will be available within 5-7 business days and you will get an email as soon as it is initiated. Your refund will be the full value less the price of shipping your return back.

Exchanges are accepted for any reason as part of our happiness guarantee. ​Please send us an email or fill out the form below if you experience issues with your order.

Please note that we are unable to refund returned/exchanged items that appear to be used.
